SHIPPING INFORMATION
As all products are made-to-order, shipping time(s) will vary.
We will try our best to have your orders shipped out within 5-7 business days; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
Once the order has been dropped off at the shipping carrier selected during checkout, the time it takes for the package to be delivered will depend on the shipping carrier; it may take up to 24 hours before updates are shown on their website. Tracking will be provided with every order. For any questions about your package once it is in transit, please contact your local postal office or other selected shipping carriers for more details.

Our products are made-to-order and are not suitable for returns due to hygiene reasons. No exchange(s) or return(s).
If there was an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item or faulty product), please email us with your name, order number, specific product(s), photo of product(s), and any question(s) you may have. Product must not have been worn or taken out from the bag.
